At ZooSigns.com, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Whether it’s a bold warning sign for your tiger enclosure or a playful llama crossing sign, your satisfaction is our priority.
🛠️ Custom Sign Orders
All custom signs are made to order and are non-refundable unless:

The item arrives damaged in transit (please notify us within 7 days of delivery).

There is a printing error or defect caused by us (e.g., incorrect wording, size, or material).
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for customer errors (e.g., typos in custom text), so please double-check your design before confirming your order.
📦 Non-Custom/Stock Signs
For non-custom, ready-made signs:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in resalable condition.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
